When will my order Ship?

Thank you for your purchase and for choosing us! We're as eager as you are to get your order into your hands. Here's what you can expect regarding the shipping of your order:

Processing Time: All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment, typically within 1-3 business days. During this time, our team works diligently to ensure that your order is properly sorted, inspected, and packed before it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, the shipping time will depend on your selected shipping method and the destination. For domestic orders, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

What is your Return Policy?

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
